YOUR INTRODUCTION TO THE REFORMER + TOWER
EVOLVE Foundations prepares you to safely and intentionally join EVOLVE group apparatus classes. You'll learn the equipment, spring changes, transitions, foundational exercises, studio terminology, and the skills you'll use during group classes.

Do I need EVOLVE Foundations?
Yes. EVOLVE Foundations is required before joining our small-group Reformer + Tower classes.

Do I complete Foundations every time I purchase an EVOLVE package
No. Foundations is completed once. After completing both required sessions, you may begin booking EVOLVE group classes.

Can I use a Group Mat package for EVOLVE?
No. Group Mat and EVOLVE are separate programs with separate pricing and packages.

I'm completely new to Pilates. Where should I start?
All of our Group Mat classes are beginner-friendly, but SCULPT Pilates Mat is an especially great place to begin. If you're interested in Reformer + Tower Pilates, begin with EVOLVE Foundations.
