LATE ARRIVALS 
- For your safety, out of respect for your instructor and clients who arrive on time, and to protect the experience and flow of class, entry may not be permitted once class has begun

- First-time clients: Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in, onboarding, and our first-time client procedures before class begins

* If entry is denied due to late arrival, our late cancellation/no-show policy will apply

LATE CANCELLATION (within 4 hours of class) 
- Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours prior to class start time
- Drop-ins, 5-pack + 10-packs: forfeit the class credit 
- If you are on the waitlist and are added into class, you are responsible for removing yourself before the cancellation window if you can no longer attend

NO-SHOWS
- Clients who reserve a class but do not attend, do not cancel in advance, or arrive once class has started and the door is locked will be considered no-shows.

- Drop-ins, 5-pack + 10-packs: class credit forfeited
