Learn the apparatus. Build confidence. Then EVOLVE.

WHY FOUNDATIONS?

A strong apparatus practice starts with the right foundation.

The Reformer and Tower are spring-based systems with moving parts, individual settings, and precise transitions. Foundations gives you room to learn them without the pace of a group class.

You’ll leave knowing how to set up your equipment, change springs, move between exercises safely, and follow the cues used in every EVOLVE class. Foundations is required for all EVOLVE clients—even if you have previous apparatus experience.
