SCULPT Flow is a slower-paced, yoga-inspired movement class designed to build strength, improve mobility, increase flexibility, and create deeper connection within the body through intentional movement and breath. This approachable flow combines mindful sequencing, balance work, mobility training, core engagement, and gentle strength-building exercises to help clients move with greater control, confidence, and ease. Expect smooth transitions, supportive guidance, and opportunities to both challenge and restore the body throughout class. Designed to be welcoming for beginners while still beneficial for experienced movers, SCULPT Flow focuses on alignment, body awareness, stability, and functional movement patterns in a calm, supportive environment.
