SCULPT Barre is a low-impact, high-energy workout that blends elements of barre, Pilates, strength training, and intentional movement to create a full-body sculpting experience. Using a combination of small, controlled movements, isometric holds, pulses, balance work, and higher repetitions, this class is designed to improve muscular endurance, posture, stability, coordination, and overall body awareness while creating long, lean strength throughout the body. Expect a dynamic mix of lower body work, core training, upper body strengthening, and mobility-focused movement using props such as light weights, resistance bands, Pilates balls, and the barre itself for support and challenge. Classes are thoughtfully designed to be approachable yet effective, with modifications and progressions offered to support a variety of experience levels. You’ll leave feeling stronger, energized, and deeply connected to your body through intentional movement. Grippy socks required.
