At Nine One Two Studio, we believe movement should be purposeful, approachable, and transformative. Through Pilates, Barre, Yoga, and strength-based training, we help you build strength, improve mobility, and move with greater ease in everyday life.

SCULPT classes focus on controlled, precise training, muscle definition, and balanced conditioning. Through intentional movement patterns and mindful resistance, you’ll build lean muscle, improve posture, and feel stronger in your everyday life.
