Our Tabata class combines Yoga, Barre & Pilates Mat in tabata-style format with core focus!
Designed With Intention
Please bring mat, grippy socks and water. Limited quantities are available at the studio: mats are available for rent ($5), grippy socks ($8/pair) and water is available for purchase ($1). All other equipment that may be used in class will be provided. Tabata-style training embodies high intensity interval training method: We'll work for 20 seconds then get a 10 second breather A total of 8 rounds completes the 1st Tabata Typically, there will be 8 Tabatas in each class, so we can achieve that total body workout! Also set to upbeat music, we'll target all those areas in a fun, energetic class format: - Upper body, i.e. biceps, triceps, etc. - Core, i.e. your POWERHOUSE! - Lower body, i.e. quads, hamstrings, glutes, etc.
