HEATED Sculpt is a full-body strength and conditioning class designed to build muscular endurance, elevate the heart rate, and create long, lean strength through intentional movement in a heated environment. This energizing workout blends elements of Pilates, barre, functional strength training, and athletic conditioning using a variety of props such as light weights, resistance bands, Pilates balls, sliders, and bodyweight resistance to challenge the entire body. Expect controlled strength work, higher-repetition sequences, core-focused movement, balance training, and low-impact cardio elements designed to improve strength, stability, posture, coordination, and overall body awareness while delivering an effective, sweat-inducing workout. The heated environment helps warm the muscles, support mobility, increase circulation, and intensify the overall experience while maintaining a strong focus on form, alignment, and intentional movement. Modifications and progressions are offered throughout class, making HEATED Sculpt accessible and challenging for a variety of fitness levels. Grippy socks required.
