Designed With Intention

HEATED Flow is an invigorating, yoga-inspired class that links breath with movement through intentional, flowing sequences designed to build strength, mobility, balance, and endurance. Set in a warm, welcoming environment, this class combines dynamic movement, mindful transitions, core engagement, and deep stretches to create a powerful full-body experience that leaves you feeling energized, grounded, and refreshed. Expect a steady-paced flow with opportunities to challenge yourself while improving flexibility, stability, coordination, and overall body awareness. The heated environment helps warm the muscles, support mobility, increase circulation, and deepen the mind-body connection throughout practice. Classes may incorporate elements of strength, mobility, balance work, and recovery-inspired movement, making each experience both empowering and approachable. Modifications and progressions are offered to support a variety of experience levels. Grippy socks required.
