Colleen, Owner/Instructor 

Welcome, my name is Colleen, and I am a certified Yoga, Classical Pilates and Barre Instructor. I am so excited to share my love of these forms of movement with you and to bring them to Jesup and the surrounding towns!!! My most important job is being a wife and mama!  I was born in Philadelphia, however after moving around quite a bit, my family settled in South Florida.  I grew up playing several sports, but soccer quickly became my primary passion and focus.  After playing for St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Ft. Lauderdale, I headed to Barry University, in Miami Shores, to compete with the best and against the best! 

 

As a former college athlete, I have always been passionate about pushing my physical limits. After hanging up my cleats, I discovered barre, Pilates, and yoga. I fell in love with the challenge and the results each form of movement brought, so I obtained my certifications and gained valuable experience teaching in South Florida.  Upon moving to Ludowici, I could not believe there were zero studios and very minimal classes offered locally...anywhere!  Well, there are a few studios, but you have to drive at the very least 45 minutes - - that's not very local! 


So, I started 912 Yoga with the goal of bringing yoga, Pilates and barre to the community. I strongly believe that these modalities are amazing on their own, and better yet, they perfectly complement any fitness program. I want you to feel challenged, both physically and mentally, and leave your session feeling energized and refreshed. I want you to feel comfortable and confident, whether you're a beginner or perhaps more advanced.  Whatever your goals are, be it increasing strength and flexibility, reducing stress, increasing confidence, or simply finding a new way to connect with your body, I want to help you visualize your true potential and exceed those goals!

As an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) with a diverse background, Stacy brings a wealth of expertise to her teaching practice. With specialized training in power (vinyasa), breathwork, trauma-informed yoga, restorative practices, yin yoga, mobility, and corporate wellness, she leverages a holistic approach to guide students on their journey. Her teachings focus on cultivating strength, mindfulness, and balance, while empowering individuals with a dash of humor. With a passion for promoting overall well-being and self-discovery, she strives to create a supportive and inclusive space for students to explore the transformative benefits of yoga.
