Studio Etiquette
At Nine One Two Studio, we are committed to creating a welcoming, focused, and elevated experience for every client. These simple guidelines help us protect the energy of the room and the comfort of those around you.
Grip Socks Required
Grip socks are required for ALL classes.
This supports:
-
Safety and stability
-
Equipment care
-
Studio cleanliness
Grip socks are available for purchase at the studio if needed.
Arrive On Time
Please arrive:
-
10 minutes early if it’s your first class
-
At least 5 minutes early for all other classes
Studio doors lock at class start time to protect the experience and prevent disruptions. Late arrivals may not be admitted.
Cell Phone & Device Policy
To maintain a distraction-free space, we ask that you please:
-
Silence all phones before class
-
Store devices in your bag or cubby
-
Do not text, scroll, record (see below) or take calls during class
-
Step outside if you must take an urgent call
Your time here is an opportunity to fully unplug and move with intention.
No Recording Policy
To protect the privacy and comfort of all clients, video recording is not permitted during class.
Please do not:
-
Record yourself or others during class
-
Film the instructor without permission
-
Set up tripods or devices in the studio space
Our classes are intentionally designed to be a safe, supportive environment. Not everyone wishes to be recorded, and we honor that fully.
If you would like content for social media, please speak with us about scheduled, instructor-approved recording opportunities outside of regular class time.
Thank you for respecting the privacy of our community.
Fragrance Awareness
We kindly ask clients to avoid strong perfumes, body sprays, or scented products.
Our heated and small-group environments can intensify scents, and we strive to keep the space comfortable for those with sensitivities.
Hydration + Towels
Please bring water to every class.
For heated classes (IGNITE), a small towel is strongly recommended.
Respect the Space + Community
-
Clean equipment after use (we provide sanitizing supplies).
-
Keep conversations low once class begins.
-
Be mindful of personal space.
-
Encourage — never compete.
We are a supportive, ego-free environment.

If you need to leave early:

-
Exit quietly between transitions.
